Raj is the Founder of the India Blockchain Alliance, the largest emerging tech think tank in India, and serves on advisory boards of over 70 blockchain companies including Tata Elxsi and AI Planet. He is a Certified Bitcoin Professional, Blockchain Solution Architect, and Chairman of the Global Alliance for Artificial Intelligence and Innovation. Raj is also the CEO of Growth Alley Inc. (USA) and heads the world’s largest blockchain project for E-Notary services under the Government of India. A four-time TEDx speaker and a regular voice at global tech events, Raj has presented at over 140 national and international conferences in the past year and frequently contributes to major publications like Economic Times and Fortune. He is also a Consulting Editor for 3.0 TV and Digilah Singapore and recently joined the Techstars mentorship program.

Raj is a visionary in AI, blockchain, and disruptive tech, actively leading projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He has designed multiple blockchains, centralized and decentralized exchanges, and is now developing India’s own Layer 0 blockchain. He champions ethical and responsible AI and simplifies complex technologies for broader understanding. Raj has authored 20+ courses in blockchain and emerging technologies, implemented by organizations like NASSCOM and NSDC. He also heads the steering committee for the E-Notary project in Gujarat and represented India in the G20 crypto compliance framework.
